Reed Business Support are assisting a thriving business based in Wolverhampton with an exciting opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Partner .
The purpose of the role is to provide end to end recruitment service and support to internal hiring managers. Covering all aspects of the recruitment process attraction , assessing and onboarding of new employees
This position has an attractive salary of £28 – 30k
The role as a Talent Acquisition Partner
Support hiring managers with end to end recruitment , including taking vacancy briefs, actioning resourcing plans

Sourcing and shortlisting candidates
Dealing with high volumes of vacancies at any one time
Schedule interviews where appropriate , liase with all parties to ensure interviews take place
Take part in interviews when required
Carry out applicant screening for roles including CV sifting, telephone interviews and all candidate communication
Liase with hiring managers and wider HR team to manage the onboarding process
The experience necessary for this position -
12 months managing end to end recruitment
Experience in using external networking tools and job sites
Experience of supporting a multi site operation
Working hours – 35 hours per week
Location – 2 days office based remainder home working
