You will use our proven blueprint to make the process as simple as possible to build an eCommerce business that is unique to you with your own ideas. But you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations of your business, taking the necessary actions and putting in all your efforts to flourish.
If you are looking for a job or a get rich quick scheme, this is definitely not for you as this is not a 9-5 job. This is a “business partnership” where we help you build your own business making you a business owner with your own shares in the brand we co-found together.
YOUR ROLE
As a partner and co-founder, you and another entrepreneur that we will partner you up with will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your business and its success (or you could do it by yourself). However, having two founders (owner-operators) build a brand rather than one significantly increases a start up’s odds of success as you'll have an opportunity to challenge things, experiment with ideas and solutions together. In addition, building a business from scratch forces you to roll up your sleeves and tackle issues head-on, so expect to work hard and take ownership in all aspects of the business you build.

COMPENSATION PLAN
Equity: Due to the beauty of being a business owner you will be given 10% equity in exchange for your investment of time and effort into building your business, i.e. sweat equity. You’ll earn a percentage of your total equity each fiscal year, meaning; you’ll need to be part of the partnership for a minimum of 2 years before you can get all of the equity that is promised to you.
What is Equity? - Equity measures the value of ownership, i.e. it’s owning a piece of the business and how much you will get paid when the brand that you co-own is sold. Selling Brands is an innate part of the entrepreneur cycle. Depending on the annual revenue, the level of innovation and the opportunity it offers, your eCommerce business will mature to the point where big box companies or investors will want to buy your Brand.
Why only 10%? - 10 % of something is worth way more than 100% of nothing. Did you know Jeff Bezos only owns 11% shares (equity) in Amazon, yet he is the richest man in the world? This is because he understands the golden rule of growth and having a small piece of a big pie. This is done by bringing on tactical partners to fuel the growth of your business when it hits $1m in sales in the anticipated 12 months. If you think you are going to do it all by yourself, you are in for a very slow and painful climb. Or we can grow the pie as big as possible, making you richer in the process so, in the end, we can all walk away with a big paycheck. We will continue to revisit your Equity to make sure it’s fair.
Salary & Dividend: Please understand that this is not a job. You will be owning shares in the brand we build together, making you a business co-owner, far more beneficial to you than a 9-5 job. Once your Brand has generated a substantial amount of profit, it will enable us to pay ourselves a salary (paid monthly) plus dividends (paid quarterly) until we sell the brand. The benchmark net profits to be paid is generally achieved in 12 months; it can take less time but depends on the Brand and the Co-founders (You & your Partner) behind it. In addition, starting from the second year of the partnership, you will receive bonuses once milestones are achieved.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Working Hours: Being an entrepreneur takes significant work, but we believe that you can balance your real-life and work-life harmoniously. As you will be a business owner, we don't equate hours worked to success. To build a successful business on Amazon/Shopify, all you need is commitment & 2/3 hours per day or 15h/20h per week. You can build your Brand on your own schedule as long as you get the work done and as the needs of the business dictate, resulting in strong outcomes in your Brand.
Location: This partnership can be run from the comfort of your home in any country in the world as long as you have a laptop and a reliable internet connection. Partners outside of the UK will be given the option of relocating to London, UK, where we reside after your first 12 months of being with us as a partner (family member)
