My client is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service representative to join their reputable and successful team.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Full driving licence and car due to location <- essential
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and best practices
- Fast learner and flexible
- Take ownership of issues and tenacious in approach
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information and communications.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommend products or services where required.
- Recognise sales opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, providing email conformation and back-up notes.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media in a timely manner.
- Use telephone, email, on-line chat to reach out to customers.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Upgrade accounts as necessary.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, cancellation or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Work closely with other departments to provide a timely resolution to a customer’s issues.
- Manage customer returns.
- File hard copies of invoices and destroy where required.
- Adhere to company and GDPR data security requirements
Salary: £10 Per Hour
Hours: Flexible, ideally Monday & Tuesday 8am-5pm
Location: Sevenoaks, must drive due to location
