The recruitment industry is exciting, highly-competitive, demanding, and fast-paced. To equip you for this role we will give you structured training. We will give you one-to-one coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry.
What are we looking for?

If not, you will be comfortable and keen on sales, selling and business development
You must possess 2 year+ of business to business sales experience at a good company.
Please note that all applicants must hold a current full UK driving license
