Chef de Rang - Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, 1 Michelin Star

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang, ideally with some fine dining experience, to join the passionate front of house team members at the Michelin starred Petrus.

Petrus is an elegant fine dining restaurant located in Knightsbridge holding a Michelin Star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art, cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant which creates a fantastic ambience for both our guests and staff.

What you do:

• As a Chef de Rang, you pride yourself on having an excellent product knowledge and going the extra mile to create a memorable guest experience at all times. 
• You are confident to run a section and supervise the junior members of the front of house team. Your attention to detail ensures consistency and timely set up of the restaurant.
• You thrive on teamwork and support management team to guarantee guests always leave with fully positive dining experience. 
• You are keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy and passion for food to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved.
