Part time Compliance Administrator - remote working

Compliance Administrator offering a pro rata salary of £25,000 pro rata for 20 hrs p/w and remote working.

We are seeking a brilliant compliance administrator to join our leading and ambitious corporate immigration company.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate administrative experience, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work at a pace.

The key competencies we require are:

• Educated to a minimum of A-Level standard

• At least two years’ previous administrative experience

• Excellent standard of written English

• Ability to interpret data

• A high level of competence with a variety of IT programmes, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work at a pace, while maintaining accuracy

The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for, among other things:

• Filing visuals and querying discrepancies with Head of UK Post-Entry

• Maintaining up-to-date compliance and sponsorship/visa databases

• Preparing weekly compliance reports to clients

• Completing some visa applications (after a period of training)

• Issuing invoices to clients and updating relevant systems

• Assisting the Head of Post-Entry with administrative compliance duties, including preparations for Home Office audits

• Maintaining and updating internal systems accurately

• Completing online filing tasks or administrative duties, as required

• Attending (virtual) team meetings on a weekly basis

• Supporting other team members as appropriate
