The business has raised over $29m since inception and their sights are set on scale. This means expanding their product offering, launching new sustainability initiatives, and growing their already thriving community of home decorators across the globe.

The Job:

They are passionate about building real connections with their decorators. Developing content and insights to empower and demystify home décor for everyone. Having recently closed their £15M Series A investment round (including a record breaking £1M from crowdfunding campaign), they are ready to scale their market leading influencer strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new and retaining returning influencers on core social platforms that the company collaborates with each month, in line with business objectives and strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimising existing tools and processes. You will be at the cutting edge of influencer engagement, developing and delivering strategies for scale, including opening new channels and territories. Their ambition is to deliver a best-in-class community experience for their influencer partners. As a key member of their influencer engagement team, you will optimise the journey at each touchpoint to ensure influencers don't just love their products and brand but understand how much they appreciate and value their partnerships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Develop, brief, and evaluate content briefs and outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain influencer engagement tools and platforms.
  • Analyse performance data and draw insights to inform experimentation and improvements to what they do and how they do it.
  • Create and optimise influencer onboarding and management collateral and communication processes.
  • Inform how they build out and expand their influencer community.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams where needed.
  • Stay in the know/research emerging influencer and social media trends, technologies, and strategies.
  • Inform and power performance marketing and wider marketing, building, and coordinating marketing strategies that work across different channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.

Who Fits the Bill:

Experience they are looking for...

  • Demonstrable experience executing methodical processes and systems and building scalable processes / ways of doing things.
  • Experience working with and using of data to inform decision making. You love working with data to inform what you do and how you do it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is the key one for now).
  • Keen interest/experience working with content and have a keen sense of what works and why.
  • You have a strong awareness of how social media channels and tools work and compare. You may/may-not have worked in this space professionally but you will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of how they work, why they work, why influencers do what they do and why brands work with influencers. They can't wait to hear your understanding of what makes great content for audiences.

  • You can really see both sides of the coin and can share examples of when you have been empathetic and compassionate.
