Due to the extensive business growth, are hiring an Internal Recruiter to join our London office. This is a full time, 6 month contract with the potential of becoming permanent. We offer a comprehensive, structured training and development programme. Skills & Experience
We are looking for confident and articulate individuals with at least 12 months experience within recruitment, either internal or agency.
You must be polished and well presented with a professional telephone manner, have a strong work ethic and take pride in everything you do.
The Role
· Headhunting and direct sourcing of candidates
· Screening candidates and arranging interviews
· Building strong relationships with stakeholders within the business
· Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
· Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
· Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
· Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
· Help new hires onboard
· Generating referrals from connections and employees at TEKsystems
· Ensuring excellent candidate experience at all times
