Internal Recruiter (FTC) in London

The Allegis Group is a global staffing solutions business working in partnership with high profile, FTSE 100 companies, placing talented candidates into both permanent and contract roles.

Due to the extensive business growth, are hiring an Internal Recruiter to join our London office. This is a full time, 6 month contract with the potential of becoming permanent. We offer a comprehensive, structured training and development programme. The role is focused on earning yourself a lot of money by building internal relationships, networking, identifying and sourcing talent.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for confident and articulate individuals with at least 12 months experience within recruitment, either internal or agency.

You must be polished and well presented with a professional telephone manner, have a strong work ethic and take pride in everything you do.

The Role

· Headhunting and direct sourcing of candidates

· Screening candidates and arranging interviews

· Building strong relationships with stakeholders within the business

· Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)

· Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)

· Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews

· Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate

· Help new hires onboard

· Generating referrals from connections and employees at TEKsystems

· Ensuring excellent candidate experience at all times
