Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Consultant
Day Rate up to £700 - Outside IR35
Consultancy / Contractual basis
Remote working - In or around the South East would be preferable but not essential.
*A minimum of 5 years working with the KTA platform is essential*
My Document Management client is looking for an experienced, tech savvy, software implementation consultant to work with them on customer / client projects as a 3rd party consultant.
Once their customer has contractually signed up to Kofax TotalAgility, you will accompany, lead, guide and advise clients on their journey to implementing Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) throughout their business.
You will work with my client to ensure the customers' needs are a priority.
You will be responsible for process analysis, building and creating KTA workflows, configuration, training, and consulting end users.
The background of the Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Consultant:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Kofax TotalAgility software platform
- Have an excellent all-round understanding of the Document Management / ECM industry
- Good organisational, development and documentation skills will be required
- You have been able to successfully demonstrate your excellent process analysis and problem-solving skills during the development of solution concepts
- Be computer literate on platforms such as - Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL
- Integration & Configuration skills
Your tasks as a Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Consultant:
- Technical Implementation - Integration of KTA with the customers current ECM system
- Technological curiosity - Most of the development will be in the KTA application, including creating C# modules, SQL tables and stored procedures. You will also need to integrate an ever-expanding range of new technologies including manipulating REST APIs.
- Developing software solutions from a specification with accuracy and flair
- Support customer projects by assisting with planning and implementation of (KTA) Kofax TotalAgility
- Analyse and document business processes
- Design a workflow concept for implementing Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)
- Implement the software at the customer's site and ensure smooth installation and configuration
- Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deliver projects on time and with required documentation
- Assist the end user as the key subject matter expert relating to the Kofax TotalAgility product suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be a representation of my client during all dealings with their customer.
- Have a strong level of confidence upon delivery of demos
- Once coronavirus restrictions are lifted - Willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites
