Principality Stadium Experience (PSE) are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Chefs to join our event day Culinary team. As the exclusive provider of hospitality at the world famous, National Stadium of Wales, home of Welsh rugby – Principality Stadium.

As part of our Culinary team, you will play a vital part in helping prepare and deliver some of the greatest events in Cardiff. You will work as part of a fast-paced team full of enthusiastic and hard working individuals from all different grades of experience.

Requirements - Previous experience working in a fine dining setting and / or similar experience in event catering

- Ability to work well under-pressure in a fast paced kitchen environment, producing high volume whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards

- Exceptional knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards, as well as Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergens and COSHH procedures.
