We have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner (People Manager) to join the Central People team, supporting our Central functions here at Hilmore House in Bradford. Your role will be to build, deliver and drive strong people plans effectively, to ensure delivery of first class service and to help serve our customers better.
You will support and enable our leaders to deliver strong performance through people plans that make Morrisons a great place where we all work together.
Creating an environment where colleagues are motivated to be the best they can be, supporting managers and colleagues to really embrace our five ways of working. Ensuring your area has the right plans in place to simplify and speed up our business and help create truly high performing teams of colleagues.
What will I need to be successful in the role?
Hold a HR management background in a fast paced environment ideally in Retail, Leisure or Manufacturing
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Great relationship management and partnering skills with clear commercial acumen
Experience in delivering people plans to support business improvement
Previous experience in embedding a performance culture
Strong coaching ability up to and at a senior level and experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders
Flexible in approach, comfortable with ‘rolling your sleeves up’ and supporting where needed
Adaptable influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong customer focus and an employee experience mind-set
Collaborative style and ability to work in a complex matrix organisation
An innovative approach to problem solving
Able to remain highly effective in changing business circumstances
To reside within a short commute of our Bradford Head Office
