A new opportunity is available for a Trainee freight ops Clerk (entry level) with this well established, dynamic freight forwarder based in Colnbrook.

Structured full 'on the job' training and excellent career prospects are available.

Duties (once trained)

  • Import and Exports
  • Customs entries
  • Liaising with clients
  • Liaising with airlines/shipping lines and hauliers
  • Arranging Transport
  • Responsible for billing

Requirements

  • Consider Degree/A’Level or GCSE qual (passes)
  • Good IT skills Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Excellent admin and time management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to converse at all levels with clients and inter-co personnel
  • Car Driver/Own transport (able to commute to Colnbrook)
  • Steady 5 year education/employment check
  • NO criminal record

£18k+ pension+o/t

25 days holiday plus bank hols

Mon-Friday 9-5.30 + Occasional overtime/out of hours, all paid.
