Barisata and all rounder, Southampton Boat Show

Experienced barista food service crew members required for Southampton International Boat Show 9th-20th September. Fast paced fun role with Hedonist Bakery paying £9-£10/hr, 9 to 12 hours per day.

What are you going to do:

We are looking for four additional hands on experienced barista and event crew members to work with us on the Hedonist Coffee and Bakery pop-ups at Southampton International Boat Show, located in Festival Green, Mayflower Park and The Quaterdeck - Thursday 9th September to Monday 20th September.

Our trading hours are between 9:30am to 9:30pm. Including setup and clean down we would expect an average of 9 hours per day. We are paying £9.00 - £10.00 per hour depending on experience and age, along with reimbursement of agreed basic travel expenses.

Main Duties

  • Serving of espresso coffee and other hot drinks.
  • Preparation and serving hot and cold food.
  • Till (ipad) operation and order taking.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the standards of operations.
  • Assisting in the end of show break down.

Including proven barista experience we are seeking a person that can demonstrate the capabilities listed below, training will be provided:
