As the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for shaping first impressions, helping people to feel excited about our products and services - often encouraging them to try a new class, seal their commitment to fitness with membership, or make them a smoothie.
You’ll be uber-organised, a self-starter who has fabulous communication skills – both written and verbal. You’ll know your way around basic systems and social media and be as comfortable promoting our special offers as you are making sure the supply of freshly laundered towels are stocked. If it isn’t clear already this is a role for a total all-rounder – so if you’re great with people, systems and suited to early-morning shifts (plus others if you’re interested) then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
