Service Compliance Lead

As a Barclays Service Compliance Lead, you will join us at an exciting time of growth in our Customer Platforms Service. You will be responsible for the stability, continuity, resiliency and availability of the applications, managing the production and co-ordinating the deployment of Change Releases and Production fixes through each stage of the development. This will be the ideal role for a highly-motivated team player experienced in Delivery and Production Assurance.

What will you be doing?
• Challenging any deliveries going into Production has passed all the governance lens and controls
• Proactively making sure all the risks are tracked and tackled before delivery is allowed into Live
• Delivering all aspects of risk based assurance reviews of Controls
• Leading and engaging all the relevant stakeholders during planning, execution, remediation, communication and various other related activities
• Leading/supporting the assigned assurance reviews as per the defined timelines
• Ownership and management of end to end delivery of assurance reviews
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in Delivery and Production Assurance
• Experience in Risk management
• Working knowledge of AWS Basic services like EC2, S3, VPC, API Gateway, Lambda etc.
• Good understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
Skills that will help you in the role:
• A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
