Housekeeper/Meet & Greet Ambassador

Meet & Greet Ambassador: That’s You! A friendly, confident and enthusiastic person, that is the first point of face-to-face contact with the guest that will introduce them to the property they booked with us. As a housekeeper, you will make sure that a property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard for our guests.

8 - 40 hours per week
Between £9.50 and £10.50 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

We are a tech start-up in a growth phase founded in 2015. We operate in the hospitality sector managing Airbnb, Booking, wholesalers listings - to name a few - from pricing and booking enquiries right through to guest arrival and departure.

Using our in-house technology platform we help landlords achieve revenue uplift for their properties while providing our guests with a convenient short-let stay. In that sense, we have two customers and we are driven toward providing them both with a fantastic experience.

We are completing the gap in the travel technology industry by bridging together travel channels inventory that otherwise won’t be available, as a result delivering flexibility to our guests at competitive rates.

What you'll have

  • You’ll have worked in a similar environment before, and have a proud and positive attitude.
  • You’ll be happy and keen to work within our expected standards of quality and work with your Housekeeping Supervisor in an efficient, cooperative manner.
  • Enthusiasm is important and you’ll be able to overcome challenges confidently maintaining professionalism at all times, especially if you meet guests as part of your daily routine.
  • You’ll have experience in reporting essential details to rectify any issues upon change over.
  • You'll have the ability to work with a different mobile application related to your work.

It doesn't stop there.

You will be needed to collaborate with multiple teams such as our Cleaning Super Power, Guest Relations, Cluster Manager and our Maintenance people. Some light maintenance work on our properties within our portfolio may be needed so, you should be able to tackle unexpected issues.
