Executive/Personal Assistant in London

We are looking for a personal assistant to perform administrative duties for the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for a number of critical areas including meeting scheduling, communication, research, travelling planning.

3 - 5 hours per week
Between £9.00 and £10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  • Reporting to CEO and performing administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with contacts, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
