Introduction

Be the ‘go-to’ person as a Training Facilitator & MVA Lead, and provide assistance, guidance and knowledge on how to manage violence and aggression at Spring Wood Lodge in Guiseley, which is in the suburbs of Leeds. 

Working 37.5 hours a week, you will support the delivery of mandatory training to all staff, ensuring training compliance to promote the best performance and safety is achieved. 

As a Training Facilitator & MVA Lead, you will manage the incident report to regularly review TMVA practices and support clinical teams. This will see you design, develop and deliver face-to-face training, including breakaway BLS, TMVA training and much more. 

When you are not delivering training, you will turn your hand to administrative duties to plan for the year ahead. You'll be responsible for organising an annual training plan, managing learning compliances, coordinating staff inductions and liaising with internal and external training providers to help create a skilled and supported workforce. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Keeping up to date with GSA policies, procedures and legislation
  • Training administration and reporting
  • Liaise with on-site learning co-ordinators
