About Alba Physiotherapy
Alba Physiotherapy’s mission is to help people of all ages become more active, healthy and mobile. We opened our doors in September 2013 and have expanded our company over the last seven years to offer Physiotherapy, Pilates, Massage and Wellness Workshops.
We also have an extensive Veterinary Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Centre with a large focus on helping owners achieve the best potential for their animals.
We are growing and looking for the right person to join our fun and passionate team.
In this role you will be part of delivering a world class chartered physiotherapy service to patients in our physiotherapy practice and within the community. You must be someone who enjoys working in a hands-on setting and you want to be able to have the time with your patients to really make a difference. Tasks for this role:
- Demonstrate a thorough assessment with attention to detail that is person centred.
- Design a person-centred agreed plan of care with your patient that will help achieve their maximum potential to reach their goals.
- Be confident and clear when communicating appropriate payment options for our patients to help support their journey.
- Demonstrate personable communication skills ensuring that patients are clear on their goal(s) and plan throughout their treatment.
- To work as both an autonomous practitioner and as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis and treatments to a wide range of musculoskeletal and community- based patients. To maintain up to date physiotherapy records in line with professional standards.
- Proactively follow up with your past patients to ensure they have maintained their improvement by phone, email or text, including patients who have dropped off schedule.
- Deliver high quality Pilates classes, 1-1 or small groups maintaining a high attendance rate. Pilates training will be provided.
- Be involved in our social media, marketing and share hidden opportunities that you have found.
- Be a self- motivated learner contributing to our regular clinic CPD and implementing supported CPD into the progression of Alba Physiotherapy’s services.
- Increase referrals by providing a high level of customer care and service to all of your patients.
