What are you going to do:
We are seeking committed and reliable tutors to join our growing team. As well as being highly-qualified, we are looking for tutors with exceptional people skills who are able to forge effective working relationships with clients and who have the same passion for quality as us to enable our clients to fulfil their potential and achieve the best results they are capable of. A sense of humour is always a plus!
We require tutors to have excellent subject knowledge and good A level grades. We would expect tutors to be able to commit to at least four hours per week, increasing at peak exam times.
Your Qualifictaions: • 5 GCSE’s (essential) • A Levels (essential) • Degree 2:1 or above (desirable)• PGCE (desirable)
Your Skills
• - Passion for tutoring and helping others succeed
• - Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
• - Committed, reliable and organised
• - Mastery of the subject at your chosen level
• - Able to inspire students to develop themselves, fulfil their potential and improve their level of achievement
• - Able to pass an enhanced DBS
• Set hourly pay rate (usually between £15/hr- £25hr depending on experience)
