Butlins Presenter Butlin's has been creating wonderful holiday memories since 1936. An integral part of this has always been our fantastic Entertainments Team, delivering exceptional shows and experiences to entertain all our guests. As part of our guest experience, we are looking for a high-spirited and fun-loving individual to present and link our experience nights as the ‘Reds Presenter’

The purpose of the role:
•Leading the entertainment experience evenings; allowing the presenter to engage the audience by linking bands, acts, interactive experiences and being the ‘front person’ to the whole evening.
•Presenting gameshows with high energy and the ability to react and keep the experience moving while interacting with our guests and Redcoat team.
• To present and where possible DJ our entertainment venues, creating the right environment for our guests between stage-based content.
•Interrelating with all our performances on and off stage, as well taking part in various entertainment products in line with the role (live stage based content)
• The role will be responsible for coaching and developing our resort Redcoat’s to become more capable presenter/hosts. This would require specified time set aside to coach, observe and feedback to the team through a structured process.
• No other general day-duties, outside of hosting, DJ’ing and coaching will be required of the role
• To work, predominantly, but exclusive, evenings and some unsociable hours at various periods.
•Provide our guests with an incredible entertainment package which they can experience in the most enjoyable and comfortable way
• As a guest facing role, welcome our guests and assist our guests with any needs

We are looking for candidates who:
•We are seeking the ultimate personality presenter, demonstrating confidence, charm and professionalism.
•The ideal candidate will have experience in presenting/hosting a variety of different events and shows, both unscripted and scripted.
•Have knowledge and experience as a family DJ or have the willingness to learn, this is not essential, however it is desirable.
•Have attention to detail and a creative flair, with the ability to communicate at all levels and thrive under pressure
•Inspire and motivate other team members with passion, energy and commitment
•Be open to learning new skills and developing your own knowledge of Butlin's
