We are currently looking for Cellar Porters and Logistic Staff to work within one of our most iconic venues, The Brentford FC Stadium, home to Brentford Fc and London Irish We are looking for passionate, staff with a can-do attitude to be able to work at the BFC Stadium during the upcoming football and rugby Season, with matches beginning from the 14th August 2021 and continuing through to June 2022. A Cellar porter is a pivotal role within any beverage operation, our cellar porters are key in the effective movement of stock who share our energy and passion and who will contribute to the delivery of exceptional beverage service. Is this you? Main responsibilities include: Being polite, prompt and friendly to all colleagues and guests. Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks. Assisting with the set up and clear down of beverage areas, ready for the next service. Manual handling of kegs/ casks/barrels, cases and gas cylinders. Movement of stock to each trading unit, ensuring par levels are met and effective stock rotation systems are in place. Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Operating machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy. Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH. Follow responsible alcohol service policies. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Main responsibilities include: Being polite, prompt and friendly to all colleagues and guests. Communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks. Assisting with the set up and clear down of multiple area’s and facilities. Manual handling equipment and furnishings. Stock counts of equipment/items as required and in line with timelines set. Follow plans to set-up front and back of house areas, including installation of table plans, catering equipment, AV equipment and kitchen equipment. Tidy all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area. Ensuring all cleaning and disposable products are stored correctly and used in accordance with training given. Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Operating machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy. Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH. Follow responsible alcohol service policies. Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Over 18’s only
Previous experience as a kitchen porter would be an advantage, however not essential.
Casual and based around business needs.
Must be able to work flexible hours on both weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
Able to independently travel to venue.
Competitive rate of pay.
