Due to the continued role out of the COVID-19 vaccination program, NHSP are looking for 10 x Administrators with a high degree of accuracy/attention to detail and that can work well under pressure to join our bank exclusive team and start work in the first week of the new year.

This role would be supporting Manchester and Trafford 2nd dose 12-15 years immunisation Covid roll out. The role would be varied and mainly office based, but also supporting at the schools sessions on request and full training can be provided on the systems.

This is a first-come-first served vacancy and is open to both existing and non-existing bank members alike. Previous experience using NIMS would put any candidates at a distinct advantage preferred.

Key aspects of the role:

• Accessing Care Plus System
• Accessing the e consent
• Adding NHS numbers on to child consents
• Manning email account for Trafford consents
• Preparing and sense checking consents ready to hand over to the nurses.
• Any other task that may be required.
