Check-in Support – The o2 Arena in London

Job description

Would you like to join our team to be part of the most exciting music, entertainment and sport destination in the world? We are currently looking to recruit Professional, Understanding and Fun individuals for London's prestigious O2 Arena. • To support the People Operations Manager with the delivery in quantity, consistency and quality of staff for all events at the o2 Arena • To assist with check in ensuring staff are in the right places, at the right time, in the correct uniform with a smile on their face! • To assist with check out ensuring everyone exits the building in a professional, safe manner having returned their job card and uniform. Supporting managers to provide taxis’ for those entitled to transport home • Ensuring the check in area is left clean, tidy and hazard free at all times • Ensure check lists are completed and signed off for ever shift • To provide assistance in the recruitment plans and training developments in the location, leading to ensuring a world class customer service. • To assist the delivery of all relevant staff to specific areas on event days through booking confirmation, check in and correct skill set allocation. • To be a come to for any staff with issues, grievances and problems that occur when in the venue. • To identify any possible development of talented individuals within the location, any staff who excel in their customer relations and reward through company reward schemes. • Keep a controlled and quality record of all staff on a database, ensure that all staff personnel files are monitored and maintained at all times. • To ensure the delivery of specific uniform and appearance standards of all staff as set out specifically by client needs, to act upon and deal with any appearance problems within our business guidelines.

• Experienced – has worked in a similar environment to that of a catering/event based company before, has excellent interpersonal skills, computer literate with quality administrative and organisational skills. Has relevance to recruitment and training.
