What are you going to do:
Your main responsibilities:
- Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
- Represent the Models and act in their best interests
- Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the booking
- Account Manager
- Direct Marketing Sales to new clients by emails (suggestion package)
- Direct Marketing Sales to new clients by calls (cold calling)
- Taking briefs from clients and selecting the best Model to ensure the greatest success of the project
- Sending suggestions to clients, chasing, getting feedback, pushing and replacing Talent
- Contacting Talent to check availability, chase content or remind them for appointments
- Booking of all models for creative shoots and campaigns
- Building and maintaining relationships in the long term with clients to ensure a steady flow of briefs and opportunities for the Talent
- Managing all admin for bookings; calendar, talent details, reminders, brief details and invoice details
- Keeping the database updated with appointments and jobs
- Keeping the client database updated: Cloud-based CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management)
Your goals:
- Identifying new clients and opportunities (new briefs for the Models)
- Managing specific Models to find them continuous work
- Increasing the Models bookings
- Achieve or exceed set monthly revenue targets
Start Date: Immediate if possible.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. 9AM to 6PM.
Job Location: Berkhamsted (UK) HP4 1HT
Salary: TBD, based on degree and experience.
