Stealth-Mode FinTech Hiring for Sales Intern! Ideal for Students.

We're looking for a charismatic and self-driven Sales Intern for an immediate opportunity with our Founding Team. You'll help us with student and merchant outreach, signing up launch customers and initial market feedback.

8 - 10 hours per week
£20.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

The Opportunity

This role is part-time and is perfect for students or those who want to supplement their income or build up some startup experience. This role could lead up to permanent sales roles in this fast-growing FinTech.

What's Our Product?

We have two product offerings - one consumer-facing, one merchant-facing.

Consumer Facing -> Ever had a situation where you and your mates were splitting a bill and you figured out that everyone is using different banks? Didn't those payments create a headache for all of you? That's where Atoa comes in. Our app allows you to pay friends instantly regardless of what bank they are using and split bills on the go.

Merchant Facing -> Our product allows merchants to accept payments from their customers at a fraction of the cost of accepting debit/credit cards.

What's The Role?

You'll be required to pitch our offering to fellow students, merchants, and sign-up interested parties for our upcoming pilot in London and share your market insights with our Product Team. You are our eyes and ears on the street and will play a pivotal role in our product and company development.

Hours are flexible - you choose when to work - we expect 8 hours a week with an initial two week probation with one hour for initial training.

Requirements

  • We're looking for an outgoing and charismatic individual
  • Prior experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred
  • Payment or FinTech experience desirable but not essential
  • People interested in startups and entrepreneurship
  • Right to work in the UK is a must
  • You should be a current student of UCL, Imperial, Kings, LSE, University of London, University of Greenwich, London Metropolitan University, London Southbank University, University of Westminster.

Conditions

  • Earn up-to £20 an hour
  • Super flexible conditions (hours/location doesn't matter)
  • Opportunity to progress to permanent or full-time roles (what you get out of this role is up to you!)
