We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

City Community Hospital is located at the Fulbrook Centre in the grounds of Churchill Hospital and provides rehabilitation and palliative care for people who no longer require the services of an acute hospital

You will support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care, showing warmth and support to our patients and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

Our teams work hard to ensure high quality patient centred care is at the heart of everything we do, and our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop. As a team member you will receive on-going support and development to enhance the care you provide to the people we support.

In return we can offer you competitive pay rate of £12.53 per hour (£11.14 per hour plus 12.5% of annual leave) with the option of being paid weekly or monthly, flexibility of shifts and a range of opportunities and experiences.

Please note that you will be required to complete your initial Trust Induction training prior to undertaking shifts as a flexible worker.
