Bar Staff- Indigo at The O2

Are you ready to Wow our customers? Are you looking for an events based job with a difference? indigo at The O2 is a hidden gem in The O2 (sometimes known as The O2’s little sister!) With a capacity of 2,800 it is a perfect venue for music, comedy, TV recordings and corporate events. It is the place of choice for many stars for their after show parties, or top comedians that like a more intimate experience with their fans.

8 - 16 hours per week
£11.50 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Our bar staff provide a friendly and professional service to all customers, ensuring they are served quickly and efficiently, in our busy and fun venue. You will also assist with Cloakroom duties and can also work at some of our VIP events.

We are looking for proactive, positive, and approachable people.

You must have a genuine desire and ability to work with the public in a front line, customer focused setting; and thrive in a very busy environment, maintaining patience and empathy when working under pressure.

If you have previous experience of working in a bar that would be beneficial, but ultimately we are looking for people who are fast learners, with a can-do attitude who are willing to get stuck in!

You'll be an excellent communicator, confident in engaging and working with all types of people, both colleagues and customers.

Where: You‘ll be based at our Indigo venue which is in The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX, nearest tube is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line.

Important Information:

We are holding interviews on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 February 2022 and the role will start week commencing 7 March 2022. You need to be able to attend an interview to be considered for the role.

This is an event-based role, and shifts would be based on the number of events we are holding at indigo at The O2. This will include working both weekday evenings and weekend shifts and you need to be able to give your availability a month in advance.
