The programme
Our 18 months Operational Graduate Programme is structured to give you a broad and deep experience of hotel operations. It’s this rounded experience that sets our Graduate Managers on track for a bright and promising career in hospitality.
You’ll undertake five key departmental rotations within one of our landmark properties, gaining well-rounded knowledge, skills and experience to become a versatile and capable hospitality professional. These rotations include Food & Beverage, Conference & Events, Front of House / Reservations, Housekeeping and back office functions such as HR, Finance and Sales.
But we’ll support you the whole way through. Whilst rotating across departments, you’ll be allocated a mentor and a buddy, and every 3 months will spend 2 days undertaking specialised training to help you reach your potential. We’ll conduct regular reviews with you to appraise your performance and hear your feedback, and you’ll find this programme will be tailored to you, your interests and ambitions.
About you
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a hospitality environment, and will have developed great flex and adaptability. You’ll need this on our Graduate Programme, as you’ll regularly be rotating across a variety of departments throughout the hotel.

What we ask
- At least finished university degree
- Strong desire to learn and develop yourself
- Minimum 2:1 degree in a hospitality based / related studies
- Experience working in a hospitality setting or environment
- Genuine motivation to work hard in crafting a hospitality career
- A great work ethic and plenty of tenacity
