Snowflake Luxury Gelato hold 25 Great Taste Gold and were voted the UK's number 1 product for 2014. We take an artisan approach in making our award winning flavours. A fast growing company with 3 London boutiques in South Kensington Soho and Bayswater with a permanent concession in Selfridges. Next month we will release our new winter retail tubs and will open our 4th and largest boutique.
Part Time -
4-5 Month Contract - Expenses Paid, Bonus and possible job offer, looking for someone who could get involved as soon as possible (lots to do!!)
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and working on all our social media platforms. Engaging with customers and creating interactive content. Writing blogs, and networking with bloggers. An active role during all our events.
We are launching a new website which will have an active blog page, as well as a live social media feed. SEO is very important to our business and goes hand in hand with social media, therefore it is important that we keep on top of this.
Specific responsibilities include
Social Media
Be creative and come up with new innovative campaigns to support our marketing campaigns.
This will then be implemented across all our social media platforms
These campaigns should start off within our boutiques and then carry on online.
Engaging content that will help build our customer base and interaction with customers, online and offline.
Blog and Bloggers
keep up to date with all the Snowflake activity, whether its
summer events or new launches. This will then be a monthly activity and will be submitted to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
Build up a network of key bloggers within the drinks and food industry interact with them building long
lasting relationships
Events
Support where necessary on all events.
Report
Analysis of social media followers, feedback and engagement.
Goals
Increase followers, likes etc. However more importantly is the engagement with users. Create a clear picture of who is using these tools and how we are interacting with them.
PR
Help build a network of influencers within the food industry
Who you'll be
