At YoungCapital we are looking for a Full Time Laundry Assistant based in Wickford, to work Monday to Friday for a well known client of ours! The company you would be working on behalf of, provide industrial laundry services to hotels, hospitals and care homes. Your role would be to provide a laundering service to ensure a high quality and comprehensive care service is delivered to their customers.
Your duties will include the following:
Ø Check items for damages and ensuring they are labelled where needed
Ø Loading and unloading industrial washing machines
Ø Folding garments
Ø Bagging garments
Ø Ensures the laundry area remains clean and tidy at all times and carry out routine cleaning of laundry equipment, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements
This company will provide training on all processes and offer opportunities to further progress in your role. They are a well known company who have been in the industry for many years now, you would be working within a busy team who are very friendly and are there to help you if needed!
Working Days and Hours are:
Ø As a Full Time Laundry Assistant based in Wickford, you would work a total of 40 hours per week.
Ø Monday to Friday (you must be able to work all days, this is full time only)
Ø 06:30(am) to 15:30(pm)
Pay Rate:
Ø Pay is hourly, you would be paid £10.00 per hour
