Residential Property Inspector in London for LetCheck

What are you going to do:
You will be reponsible for creating reports that determine what deposit is returned to a tenant at the end of a tenancy.
You are the independent person that compiles detailed reports on the condition of a property at the beginning and end of a tenancy, backed up with photographs taken on our App.
Your reports are legally binding documents that protect the landlords property, the tenants deposit and our clients reputation.
You need to be detailed, methodical, process orientated and conscientious. You will need to be dependable, punctual and organised.
You will meet tenants, agents and landlords and will be representing our brand and that of our clients, which are some of the highest profile property companies in the UK.

Extra information
You should be available 3-4 days a week (including some weekends) and be willing to travel all around London.
Ideally you need to be living in Central London.
Transport is not necessary.
