Customer Service Representative job in London

What are you going to do:

YoungCapital UK are looking for candidates who want a Customer Service Representative job in London on the 11th of May 2023 and various other dates throughout the summer period. This job is perfect for friendly people who enjoy problem-solving and helping others. We are recruiting for are a cruise company who are looking for additional staff members to greet guests/passengers along with customer service duties.

Working as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with checking in and any queries they have about the service they are using. Below is your main tasks;

• Using a computer system to check passengers in and out of the cruise 
• Assisting guest with disembarking the ship
• Helping with/giving information about services
• Support with any questions passengers may have
• Other ad-hoc customer service tasks

The job of a customer service representative is of huge importance to the cruise ship in representing the company in the best possible way, you would be one of the first points of contact for customers, so being chatty and friendly is a must for this role!

You can work from 7:30 till 17:00 or from 10:30 till 18:00

Pay rate:

The pay for this role is hourly and will be £10.42 per hour. If you would like to work the 'day shift', you will also be provided with food for lunch from the ship.
