Part-time reception

Part-time reception role at a fine bespoke office accommodation in Baker Street

20 - 25 hours per week
Between £9.10 and £10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Meet and greet members/clients and welcome visitors in a professional and polite manner, announcing visitors to members, provide them with refreshments.

Answer and handle phone calls at the reception, ensuring instructions are followed, messages are taken and forwarded immediately

Handle mail and couriers for members and 93GP staff with care ensuring they are delivered accordingly

Set up meeting room prior to tenants’ or visitors meeting, ensure meeting room is clean and tidy before and after the meeting. Set up with water and glasses.

Print / photocopying documents for members and 93GP staff.
