In order for our work to run smoothly, we need you: an SEO Content Team Lead looking for a full-time position.
As the SEO Content Team Lead, your main role is supervising the seven copywriters on the UK team. That includes keeping track of progress, managing performance, motivating the team, and monitoring the quality of content.
And, it’ll come as no surprise that we’re looking for an SEO Content Team Lead that absolutely loves writing. By writing, we don’t just mean the odd snappy headline for an ad, but rather substantial content for our brands. So, don’t worry: you’ll also get to flex your creative muscles by writing texts yourself.
Your responsibilities
Your job as a full-time SEO Content Team Lead comes with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Leading the team: from monitoring team goals to individual performances, and hiring new colleagues to fill the gaps.
- Inspiring and mentoring the UK copywriters, and assigning work according to individual talent.
- Supporting the managers, SEO specialists, and other team leads with projects from start to finish.
- Updating the managers on all running projects, progress, and performance.
- Reviewing and providing SEO and language feedback for your direct colleagues’ texts.
- Writing B2B and B2C content for the UK market, such as on-page SEO texts, pool vacancies, and articles with a career-related focus.
- Keeping track of the latest trends and developments regarding SEO and content.

- At least finished university degree
- A proven track record of copywriting experience.
- Native English proficiency and a love of writing.
- SEO-related knowledge and skills (preferably).

- Availability to work at YoungCapital in Hoofddorp for 40 hours per week
