Wands & Wizard Exploratorium is a 5 floor venue in Soho, London that hosts family-focused food, beverage, and immersive experiences that bring magic to life with science - working magic wands and the like!

We are looking for FOH Servers with a background in hospitality, customer service and table service to join us at Wands & Wizards Exploratorium!
You will be part of the team providing of our immersive experience that brings magic to life with technology and science in ticketed and pre-booked cocktail making classes (with working magic wands), as well as our innovative Wizard Afternoon Tea experience.
We have the best customers in the world, and we want YOU to help them to have a truly magical time. Our customers are excited adults and people who love fantasy and magic, and you are a big part of their experience with us. We value you and the contribution that you will make to our small but growing team!
Duties will include:
*Meeting and greeting customers arriving at the venue
*Seating customers
*Acting a host throughout the customers’ experience
*Serving of the food/drink
*Helping with the serving of drinks in our cocktail bar
*Ensuring the check out process of guests is complete (i.e. ensuring the guest does not have any outstanding bills)
*Serving in the retail shop and promoting our retail items
*Hosting our Magic Wand Making sessions in the Wand Making Experience
*Making a lasting impression as you will be the first and last person clients will see

Experience:
*2 years minimum hospitality experience
*2 years minimum customer service experience
