 We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team here at Costa, partnering key functions across our Support Centre alongside hiring for our teams in our international markets. A bit about the role...

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be accountable for the end to end hiring of internal and external candidates within support centre functions including our international markets. This will cover entry level up to and including senior managers. Through proactive pipelines, and strategic sourcing, you will offer first class business partnering to functional leaders to ensure Costa hire the very best and most diverse talent to meet future business needs. As a brand ambassador, you will connect with market leading talent to excite them about careers with Costa and ensure a seamless and inspiring candidate experience.

Success in this role will be driven by excellent stakeholder management, innovative sourcing techniques and world class communication. Comfort in working within an ever-changing landscape, and varying degrees of ambiguity is important here. The ability to continually evolve the operating model is critical within this role, particularly in our international markets where you’ll find we may operate more similarly to a start up. Driving trusted partnerships in the service delivery model, sourcing new partners and agreeing key ways of working internally and externally are all fundamental to this role. Key stakeholders within this role will involve and talent, COE and people teams, along with business leaders. Through excellent partnerships you will ensure a planful and proactive approach to hiring, building confidence throughout Costa in your ability to act with pace provide an energising experience for all parties.

 Additional activities include:

  • Manage candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring excellent communications, preparation, and offer management
  • Drive innovative and strategic sourcing strategies to discover the very best and more diverse talent for Costa including, but not limited to, LinkedIn market mapping, industry networking, talent referrals, group mobility
  • Business partner with functional leads and people teams to immerse yourself within the workforce plan, and become a trusted advisor to our functional areas
  • Build robust and well managed talent pipelines, allowing a quicker and planful response to hiring needs
  • Act as a brand ambassador across social channels to build engagement with Costa
  • Deliver timely and accurate data and MI relating to all hiring activity
  • Ensure best in class approach to managing 3rd party agencies including commercial terms and strategic ROI

  • Excellent planning and prioritisation with the ability to pivot, and be agile to changing needs
  • Strong data and MI reporting skills

Location: Our head office is based in Dunstable and we also have office space in central London for hot desking. We offered a hybrid model when it comes to working at Costa encouraging our team members to use our office space as an environment to get together and collaborate.
