What we are looking for:
• The successful candidates must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment
• 3+ years of B2B sales, telesales or commission based direct sales would be advantageous.
• Someone with a desire to create a successful career as a broker, advising different types of people/business.
• Self starter, able to work independently and show initiative.
• Having good understanding of basic IT skills including Microsoft packages, Outlook, Google, sending emails and other related software.
• Willingness to speak on the phone to cold call prospective clients/candidates.

Career progression:
We have a unique incentive, with the potential for recruitment consultants to have multiple salary increases/decreases between £30,000 – £70,000 per annum (based on targets hit/performance).
