About Us:
Tinyme is an online retailer and manufacturer of personalised children’s products headquartered in Australia with a newly opened digital production facility in Leamington Spa. A leader in eCommerce, Tinyme won back-to-back Australian Online Retailer of the Year Awards in 2019 and 2020 and was inducted into ORIAs Hall of Fame in 2021.
Tinyme recently announced the launch of the Opiqo brand, bringing beautiful customised products and art to the homes of a much broader audience.
While headquartered in Melbourne Australia, we have a global reach with dedicated ecommerce sites serving Australia, UK, US, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Ireland and Canada. We are a vertically integrated ecommerce pure-play trading exclusively through our own websites. With a focus on design centric "mass customisation" our dynamic and creative team have a customer focused culture of continuous improvement and innovation (sorry about the jargon but it's the truth). We have our own digital based print and production facility backed by in house devs, design, marketing, product development, engineering (mechanical and mechatronics), and customer service teams and are now setting up a manufacturing facility in the UK. We're excited about being in a company and sector that is growing fast and has huge opportunity for continued growth. We're 16 years old, have outgrown 5 previous premises, won awards, have launched into export markets and are generally pretty excited about our work.
The Job:
Production team members work together to get our lovely customers orders made on time and to the highest standards. This involves working across multiple production cells and with various machines, processes and systems in a clean environment.
What we offer

- Typical shift is 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Pizza on Friday
- Work available for our seasonal peak in July/August 2022. Potential for some ongoing shifts.

- You are not afraid of computers and technology (you don't have to be a total geek though)

- You have a flexible and proactive attitude
- You have attention to detail and an attitude of continuous improvement
- You have very good communication skills
- You love maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- You can bust above average break-dancing moves.
