Network 2 District Nursing Team – Ackworth, Hemsworth, South Kirkby

We are looking to appoint highly motivated Community Staff Nurses to join our established District Nursing Team who have a passion for delivering safe, high-quality care to patients in the community setting.

Our District Nursing team in South Kirkby cover South Kirkby, Hemsworth, Ackworth, and surrounding areas providing planned district nursing care. The established team of qualified district nurses, senior nurses, staff nurses and healthcare assistants work autonomously to provide a range of highly skilled care needs to patients predominantly in their own homes.

Working as part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical knowledge and experience by working across a range of clinical settings; develop extensive clinical assessment and case management skills in areas such as hospital avoidance, managing long term conditions, wound management, and end of life care; and to plan and deliver complex care plans.
