What are you going to do:

Getir is an online grocery delivery website and app, providing products to customers within 10 minutes. Getir collaborates with local warehouses and their operators, who then deliver products to customers' doors. In the different Getir positions, you will be required to have different responsibilities. A big duty is preparing orders for customers for the Getir riders to deliver, whilst also condensing stock, managing products and maintaining quality standards. Not only managing products which are being delivered, but replenishing stock within the stores and warehouses. When in the store and warehouse, in order to replenish stock, you need to handle deliveries from suppliers. The store's environment is key to keeping high levels of motivation and success.

Ensuring when on the job you are managing the reduction of food waste, this followers Getir’s value and beliefs in being environmentally friendly. A big responsibility working anywhere is adhering to the health and safety procedures which have been implemented by the company guidelines. 

Interacting with customers is part of the Getir rider's and Getir driver's job, maybe the most important roles. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction from excellent service is the main goal for Getir’s customers. 

Meeting sales goals and targets are crucial for any company, but Getir team leaders must ensure that the training and mentoring of the sales team keep them motivated. Meeting the guidelines and policies when completing administration roles and responsibilities. Whilst monitoring staff, team leaders need to conduct personnel performance reviews to build and develop employees training. Dealing with complaints from both staff and customers is key to keeping the company successful and a great place to work for employees.
