What are you going to do:
As a business analyst, you are tasked with investigating situations and problems to find solutions for businesses, if you are freelance or the company you work for. Your direct communication with managers, CFO and CEO, need you to apply, analyse and translate what needs to change in a company. Data you present to a company shows how you implement business relations, risks and successes.
Suggesting solutions will be your main priority to ensure businesses are working at their peak performance. Suggesting changes to personnel, project suggestions and activities that can drastically change the performance of a company. From creating solutions to analysing the performance after, it is crucial to be there from start to finish. Quality checks or tests provide clear and concise results for managers and chief officers to understand.
Tasks of business analysts on a day-to-day basis are:
- Creating detailed analysis reports
- Budgeting and forecasting the finance of a business
- Reporting to stakeholders of prices
- Monitoring fluctuations in pricing, IT advancements and systems
You will plan meetings with managers and officers to answer queries, brainstorm solutions and mind map the characteristics of the business. This encourages effective communication between analysts and higher management to predict and produce plans for success.
