Rambutan is a new Sri Lankan restaurant opening in Borough Market. We are building a happy, diverse, motivated opening team, where everyone can contribute their creativity and where everyone is given the opportunity to continue learning.
What are you going to do:
We are looking for waiters, waitresses and bartenders with passion and drive to deliver exceptional service, with a seasonally changing restaurant, natural wine, a short cocktail list and a small dedicated team working with exceptional produce. Experience is preferred but a warm, genuine, professional team with a great sense of fun and a passion for learning is much more important.
