Kitchen Porter, Italian restaurant, New Opening, Knightsbridge

Salary of \u00A325,000 per annum.

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the opening team of a world-renowned Italian restaurant.

With restaurants located in Florence, Zurich, Monti Carlo, Moscow, and Vienna, Cantinetta Antinori is bringing the restaurant brand to London for the first time this spring. Housed in a three-storey period building in Knightsbridge, the restaurant will offer relaxed, all-day traditional Tuscan dining, fine wines, and live music.

The restaurant has a strong management team who firmly believes in looking after their staff and being as fun and rewarding as possible.

There are plans to expand other new concepts so a good work ethic will be rewarded quickly

Things you will be doing as a Kitchen Porter:

  • You will ensure the kitchen is kept clean, to a high standard
  • Washing dishes
  • You will play an integral role in the kitchen running smoothly
  • You will be following the direction and training of the Head Chef
  • You will be expected to consistently meet company standards
