The Little Pub Group are expanding and need to recruit a Deputy Manager who is personable, innovative, creative and can execute the role being fully au fait with back office systems and procedures. Financial control is a strength but not at the expense of excellent customer care. Understanding this fine balance is crucial and well within your Deputy Manager ability.

We have a fabulous new site that needs direction and the Deputy Manager full attention in these early days. In saying that we are a great employer. Nobody works crazy hours. Overtime is paid. Bonuses are paid. Gratuities are fully shared. Many of our senior team have been with us many years, some from Day 1 in 2009 We are super fair and everyone is fully respected. We are not able to offer the highest salary as a Deputy Manager as we are a small pub group but if that is your only motivation its unlikely you would fit our profile.
We are happy to look at sabbaticals, accommodate parental responsibilities, have set days off, even part time or job share.
