Job description

We are looking for a Senior Pizza Chef to join the join the opening team at Good Slice - London Bridge.
Located within Carrubo, a laidback bar close to Borough Market that channels laidback Mediterranean vibes, Good Slice serve humble, flavoursome food that that makes people feel good while they do good.

As Senior Pizza Chef you will:

• Manage the day to day operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities to include ordering, prep and compliance.
• Supervise, organise and develop the team, managing weekly rota's to ensure correct staffing levels.
• Ensure targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and that the team comply with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures

The Senior Pizza Chef is an integral part of the team. This role would suit an ambitious Pizza Chef looking to take first steps into a senior/management role.
