Online coding instructor - UK only (remote) in London

What are you going to do:

Note: This is an additional job that you can usually do after 4pm during the week and on weekends in suitable time. 

We are looking for people who would like to join our tutor's team and help thousands of kids in their journey into the technology world. Our tutors are software developers, IT students, software enthusiast. If you never conducted any lesson or teach someone anything, don't worry, we will teach you how to teach others!

We provide all the necessary things to conduct an online class, like: lesson draft, terminology, notes, additional information. All you need to do is get familiar with them!

As an Online Coding Instructor at Coding Giants, you will:

• share your coding knowledge with kids and teenagers,
• conduct online courses of your interest with help of our tools and platform,
• have a great opportunity to improve your presentation and communication skills while developing other soft skills

We want to offer you:

• £40 - £70 salary for 90 minutes lesson (depending on experience, skills and your performance),
• additional afternoon/weekend part-time remote job,
• set of trainings to help you get started and internal training courses along the way.

Extra information

Our requirements, you need to:

• have at least a year of coding experience (or an educational equivalent of that–we’re looking at you IT-related fields students!),
• code in one of the following languages: C#, Java, Python,
• know at least one of these development environments: Android Studio, Unity, Visual Studio,
• have a patient personality and a pedagogical approach to children,
• are a native UK speaker, or you have fluent English that you are using on a daily basis for at least a couple of years.

Nice to have, if you:

• have previous experience in tutoring (preferably coding or sciences)
• are familiar with tools like: Roblox, Scratch or Minecraft.
