Role: Adult Night Support Worker

Salary: Up to £25,066.08 per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications) 

Hours: Permanent, Full Time (43.5 hours per week)

Location: Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence

The Opportunity

Options Autism are recruiting Adult Night Support Workers to join our team in Middleton Fells - a brand-new site supporting adults aged 18 to 64 with Autism Spectrum conditions and Learning Disabilities. 

Our residential homes provide high quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Our next Adult Night Support Worker will be someone with the following qualities:

• People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
• Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
• Be patient, resilient and calming
• Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
• Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
