Support Worker - PLUS £1000 WELCOME BONUS! 

£24,927.24 per annum

We are recruiting for Greenacres – a site that houses young adults with complex needs, and require close supervision, however, enjoy accessing the local community to take part in a range of activities. 

Greenacres is a large detached property which includes annexe accommodation and is located within the pleasant South Lakes Village of Lindale.

Who we are looking for:

• Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
• People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
• Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
• Be patient, resilient and calming
• Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
• Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential Care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)
