We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
About the School:
Kinsale is located in a stunning rural location, overlooking the Dee Estuary. Our school provides specialist education and care for up to 25 students, aged 8 – 19 having a range of complex needs including ASC and ADHD, in addition to impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties.
This home is based in Holywell and is within commuting distance from Prestatyn, Flint, Chester and surrounds.
About the Role:
When it comes to looking after our children, we never settle for second best. We are looking for a Care Coordinator who can work with individual and small groups of children.
You will act as a role model to our children and young people and provide advice relating to their health and social & emotional wellbeing. You will also establish constructive relationships with carers and home managers, while being responsible for managing the care rota and on call rota for the care home.
You will take overall responsibility for all medication management systems across the School and Care home and ensure medication systems are safe and fit for purpose whilst ensuring all medical appointments are attended and all health records are updated regularly.
Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN environment would be desirable, excellent support skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

Who we are looking for?
Educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, and having attained NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care, Knowledge on how to use Excel.
You will be an engaging, resilient and motivated individual who strives help children and young people reach their potential.
